Often called by partners their ‘Woman in the Middle East’ she advises and consults on the full life cycle of projects to ensure concepts are localized and MENA market ready, this work includes:

Hannah has a personal passion for the understanding of the target market and she helps create localized assets that speak to their customer base to ensure high repeatability and profitability. She has worked across a spectrum of channels and verticals from retail and F&B concepts to sports, culture, leisure and entertainment centers, across all property sectors (retail, commercial and residential); she has been based in the Middle East for 17+ years and has worked in various geographical areas including the UK, MENA and Asia working both client and consultancy side with the likes of The Al-Futtaim Group, JLL and CBRE.

Her breadth of real estate knowledge provides a more holistic and well rounded viewpoint than most, understands the evolving needs of placemaking and the evolution and breadth of the Leisure & Entertainment offering and their requirements in a given market.
